CJC no DAC
CJC no DAC (Modified GRF 1-29) is a 29-amino acid analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone with amino acid substitutions at positions 2, 8, 15, and 27 that confer resistance to dipeptidyl peptidase IV cleavage. It binds to the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs and activates adenylate cyclase via Gs-protein coupling, elevating intracellular cAMP in cell culture. Without the drug affinity complex, its half-life in biochemical assays is substantially shorter than CJC-1295 with DAC, making it useful for pulse-mode receptor stimulation studies.
