We hold each order to clear QC standards so compounds ship accurately and well packaged. Purchasing from us confirms you understand refunds are not offered for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with a completed order.
Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If your shipment is missing an item, contains the wrong product, or shows visible damage, email contact@aminokinetics.com immediately. We review cases promptly and work to make the order right.
Order Cancellations
To cancel, email contact@aminokinetics.com before the order ships. After dispatch, we cannot cancel or change the order. Contact us early — fulfillment moves fast and cancellations after processing cannot be guaranteed.
