All compounds are manufactured to a minimum 99% purity, quantified by HPLC. The exact purity figure for each lot is recorded on the batch Certificate of Analysis shipped with every order. Any batch that fails to hit the specification is rejected before release.

Verification runs two independent methods. HPLC quantifies purity by comparing the target peak area against all detected peaks. LC-MS/MS confirms molecular weight and structural integrity by measuring mass-to-charge ratios against the theoretical value. Both are performed by third-party ISO 17025 accredited laboratories. LAL endotoxin assay is run on compounds intended for cell culture work.

Each CoA records compound name, CAS number, molecular formula, molecular weight, HPLC purity with chromatogram, LC-MS identity confirmation showing observed versus theoretical mass, batch number, and testing dates. Endotoxin results are included where applicable. Keep your CoA with your laboratory records for experimental traceability.

Store lyophilized material at -20°C in a frost-free freezer, away from light and moisture. Keep containers sealed until use. Minimize temperature cycling. Specific storage conditions for each compound are printed on the product label and CoA. Third-party handling protocols and working solution preparation are outside our scope and remain the researcher’s responsibility.

All orders ship in insulated protective packaging. Expedited shipping is standard for domestic US orders, with tracking issued at time of shipment. Orders process within 1 to 2 business days. International shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for import compliance and applicable duties.

Returns are accepted for compounds that arrive damaged, fail to meet documented specifications, or involve a fulfillment error. Initiate within 14 days of delivery with documentation of the issue. Compounds removed from original packaging are not eligible for return. Refunds post to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of return receipt.
